Denise is the Managing Director of Divorce Strategies Group, LLC. She has 25 years of professional financial experience and dedicates most of her time toward Family Law matters. She is a Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF), a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA), a Collaborative Law Financial Expert, and holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation. In addition, Denise is an Investment Advisor Representative with French Financial Group under the umbrella of Belpointe Wealth Management. Denise is also a Credentialed Advanced Mediator under the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association and partner with D&D Mediation Services.

Denise provides forensic accounting, business valuation, general financial services, and expert testimony in trial. She has worked on hundreds of cases throughout Montgomery County, Harris County, Fort Bend County, Galveston County, Hays County and Travis County in Texas as well as various neutral services throughout the country. Denise has also partnered with a family law attorney to create D&D Mediation Services where Denise works as a financial mediator. Together, Denise and her Attorney Mediator colleague help couples divorce without a long, litigated battle.

Lastly, Denise has created Divorce Recovery for Women where she works with women specifically after divorce to help them transition from married to single in an empowered, confident, and secure manner.

Nancy founded Smarter Divorce Solutions in 2011 after going through her own less-than-optimal divorce. Nancy has been a financial advisor and planner since 1999. The majority of her career was with Charles Schwab in their Private Client division until she went independent in 2011 where she continues to provide full-service financial planning and investment management in addition to the divorce services as a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst at Smarter Divorce Solutions. In 2016, Nancy founded the Divorce Financial Planner Training Center to offer continuing education to CDFA® holders everywhere.

Nancy is a Master Analyst in Financial Forensics, (MAFF™), a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®), an Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (AWMA), an Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS), a Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor (CMFC) and a trained mediator. Nancy was the Finance Director for the National Association of Women Business Owners,2014 and 2015, the 2015 NAWBO Business Owner of the Year, the 2014 Finalist in the BBB Business Ethics Awards, was on the 2014 National Board of Advisors for the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts, and is a frequent volunteer for the Fresh Start Foundation for Women.

She has published articles in Huffington Post, DivorcedMoms.com, was the featured advisor in Morningstar Magazine, is the author of Divorce Is Not For Dummies, How To Cover Your Assets and a contributing author in Stress Free Divorce Volume 2, Conversations With Leading Divorce Professionals.

In her free time, she enjoys hiking, riding her motorcycle, and spending time with her four children and three grandchildren.
