Traveling to Phoenix, Arizona
All events will be held in our offices at 202 E. Earll Dr., Ste. 140, Phoenix, AZ 85012. We suggest booking a room at either Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Downtown North or at Hampton Inn Phoenix-Midtown-Downtown Area. Both hotels are 0.4 miles (about a 10-minute walk) from our office. We don’t have anything set up with either hotel, but these are the most convenient options.
Connecting to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport
The PHX Sky Train is a free service connecting travelers from the 44th St/Washington light rail station to all terminals and East Economy parking.
Access to the PHX Sky Train can be found on Level 3, where the gates and security checkpoints are located. Valley Metro Rail fare can be purchased at stations, the Sky Train terminal and participating retail locations. A 1-Ride fare is $2 and must be validated before boarding.
